	the user's notifications on UNUserNotificationCenter: an app's alone - a bundle stating its identifier, which LaunchServices validates where it lies (/Applications, ~/Applications; not a temporary directory) - any other process posts nothing. The first one asks the user's permission once, without waiting for it; refused, nothing shows. The lines of a burst - an exception's report - are one notification titled with the app's name, posted once the stream stood still for half a second; the end posts what is pending and waits for every post to arrive, at most two seconds.
